The County wide library card can be used in all public libraries throughout Luzerne County.

NO MATERIAL MAY BE CHECKED OUT WITHOUT A LIBRARY CARD. The blue ACCESS PENNSYLVANIA sticker on your card gives you statewide library privileges.

To receive your library card, simply fill out an application and present identification at the circulation desk with your current address showing that you live in Luzerne County. The library card is free to residents of Luzerne County. Those who live outside the county who do not have an Access Pennsylvania sticker on their local card may obtain a library card here at a cost of $25.00 / year.
